Directors
Mr. Matthews is the head director of Bryant Bands. He directs the Legacy of Bryant, the Wind Ensemble, and the Legacy Jazz. He also teaches AP Music Theory and assists Mr. Wright with the Freshman Academy Bands.
Mr. Chipman is the percussion instructor for the Legacy as well as staff for Bethel Middle School and the Freshman Academy. Mr. Chipman directs the Symphonic Band at the high school. He also teaches Beginning and Symphonic Percussion at Bethel Middle School.
Mr. Gardner is in charge of the Legacy Marching Band and directs the Concert Band. He also assists with low brass at Bryant Middle School.
Mr. Wright is the 9th grade band director at the Freshman Academy. He assists with the Legacy, Symphonic Band, Concert Band. Mr. Wright also assists at both Bethel Middle School and Bryant Middle School.
Staff
Mr. Poland is the colorguard instructor for The Legacy of Bryant. He a student at UCA in Conway and has experience with DCI including Santa Clara Vanguard.
Mr. Strickland is the front ensemble tech for the Legacy of Bryant. He was a part of the 2013 Spirit of Atlanta Front Ensemble where he played xylophone and glockenspiel. He is currently pursuing his masters degree at UCA.
