NOT a position to speak on behalf of the students and directors -- just the organization. Reports to the President to see if there are any opportunities for communications.

Coordinates with the Treasurer on budget regarding supply of drinks and/or food to students at all games, concerts, parades, contests, and other performances and by contacting vendors in a timely manner. This position is not to be mistaken as a "cook". This is just an organizing position. Reports to the Vice President with names of parents and their volunteer dates and for BPO meetings.

Communicates with the Legacy BPO Secretary to establish a clear exchange of information between the 9th grade and high school, i.e. events, etc., including furnishing of records and contact information with the high school band. Rallies other freshman band parents to assist the Legacy for the following year.
